How to Prevent a Hangover Using Glutathione
I had a good chuckle when I came across this recent article about hangover prevention. The reason I chuckled was remembering my own personal experience when I learned the benefits of glutathione as a hangover cure. Since I started my mission on learning all I could about glutathione, one of the things I learned was the direct relationship of glutathione and alcohol.
One of the problems with drinking alcohol is that it causes dehydration…the more alcohol you drink, the more dehydrated you get, which then leads to the crummy feeling you get as a result of a hangover. One of the major roles glutathione plays is in keeping your liver cleaned out from all the various toxins. Generally, when you drink small amounts of alcohol your glutathione levels can keep up with flushing it out of your system. It’s a fact the emergency rooms everywhere administer a glutathione IV to patients suffering from alcohol overdose.
Here is the best product on the market to prevent a hangover!
I do shop at Amazon because I can find some bargains, feel secure in ordering from them online, delivered to my door and the fact they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you should order any products through the above links, I will receive a small commission from Amazon and for that, I do thank you and hope you feel satisfied with the purchase you made.
Glutathione to The Rescue For Hangover Prevention
If you consume to much liquor, you deplete your glutathione levels, which in turn cannot flush the toxins/alcohol out of your system, thus you land up with a hangover! So for me, if I know that I may be drinking a little to much (like on Super Bowl) and I want hangover relief, I’ll take Cellgevity glutathione pills before I start drinking. I may then take some more three or four hours later and depending how much I’ve had to drink, I may take some more before I go to bed. I’ll then wake up the next morning feeling no effects of a hangover at all.
I know I’ve simplified the explanation on the effects of glutathione for hangover prevention, that’s why I’ve included this article by Yosh Nakano in it’s entirety that does a great job in explaining in greater detail how glutathione can help a prevent a hangover, enjoy!
Poker Legend Yosh Nakano Launches RealHangoverRelief.com Website
LOS ANGELES, March 12, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — Veteran poker pro and 2006 CBC Intercontinental Poker Champion Yosh Nakano hosted a launch party for RealHangoverRelief.com to benefit the One Step Closer Foundation (http://www.1scf.com), a cerebral palsy charity.
The party took place Feb. 21 at the Vintage Bar, adjacent to the L.A. hot spot Belasco Nightclub. In attendance were fellow poker veterans Marsha Waggoner, Robert Turner, Jon Mosero and Mort Silas, who at 90 plays poker six days a week.
Other celebrities in attendance were poker players and TV personalities Maria Ho and Tiffany Michelle. Reality show teammates in the “Amazing Race,” they each hold the distinction of being the “last woman standing” in the World Series of Poker Main Event in their respective years.
Among the event’s sponsors were Keepnit Reel Fishing & Poker Tournament, Waiakea Water, One Hope wines, Luna Malvada tequila, Friends of the Vine and “Gutshot Straight.” Also sponsoring the event was Nakano’s long-time friend and fellow poker enthusiast Dr. Jerry Buss, who died Feb. 18.
With the memorial service for the owner of the Los Angeles Lakers still fresh in everyone’s thoughts, Nakano says his first instinct was to reschedule the launch of RealHangoverRelief.com. “He was a visionary who will be missed,” said Nakano. “But then I thought about what Jerry stood for and what he accomplished. He would have told me, ‘Keep moving forward.’ So, I think it’s appropriate that the RealHangoverRelief.com website should be launched on the day of his memorial service.”
According to Nakano, RealHangoverRelief.com has state-of-the-art scientific research behind it. “There are several causes of hangovers. The primary one, which is also very detrimental to one’s health and the liver, is acetaldehyde toxicity,” Nakano said. “The liver converts alcohol into acetaldehyde, a compound 30 times more toxic than alcohol.”
Nakano says the body’s naturally occurring antioxidant, glutathione, bonds with the acetaldehyde to convert it into acetic acid so that it can be eliminated from the body. However, when the human body’s reserves of glutathione are depleted by the conversion of the acetaldehyde into acetic acid, the result is a hangover that also prevents the liver from performing its other vital functions.
Now, however, Nakano says there is a product that, just as the name of the website says, provides real hangover relief. The product is Cellgevity and according to Nakano, its breakthrough capabilities as the master antioxidant are what provide hangover relief — and that is just one of its many healthful properties.
Nakano noted that with regard to dietary supplements, the FDA prohibits any claims of curing, treating or mitigating any disease or condition. RealHangoverRelief.com, however, showcases Cellgevity, which has a solid foundation in science. Its primary ingredient is Riboceine, developed by Herbert Nagasawa, Ph.D., who was the senior editor of “The Journal of Medicinal Chemistry” for 32 years, wrote 165 peer reviewed studies and headed the research facilities at the University of Minnesota and the VA for 37 years. There are 20 peer-reviewed studies validating the efficacy of Riboceine.
Supplementing one’s diet with Cellgevity enhances the body’s ability to produce glutathione, providing the liver with the fuel it needs to naturally continue to detoxify the acetaldehyde. Nakano also noted that the body’s natural ability to produce glutathione declines with age. Cellgevity, therefore, is more than just the hangover treatment humanity has sought for centuries. Cellgevity has positive effects on one’s overall health and well-being. Nevertheless, Nakano says the results of taking Cellgevity after a night of imbibing are real.
“When you take Cellgevity and wake up after partying and you’re not hung over, you can feel the difference,” he says. “It’s grounded in real science. We have some of the greatest scientific and medical minds behind our product.”
Although the RealHangoverRelief.com launch has come and gone, Nakano says the positive, healthful properties of Cellgevity are here to stay. “Just visit the site and find out for yourself,” said Nakano. “As someone who spent most of his adult life as a probabilities analyst, I can honestly say that Cellgevity is a winning bet with the best payoff you’ll ever know — good health.”
I hope you’ve enjoyed this article on hangover prevention. Please understand that I’m not promoting excessive alcohol consumption. I have a very low tolerance level for alcohol consumption, which I’m happy about, but I do enjoy a drink or two (Super Bowl day is an exception) on occasion and when I do, I’ll always take extra glutathione to assist my liver and ensure that I do not feel the effects of it the next day.
I’m not a medical professional and I do not suggest that you will have the same experience that I do with glutathione and hangover prevention. I suggest that if you consume excessive liquor and are thinking about taking a natural glutathione supplement, that you consult with a medical professional.
This product will work just as well on stopping a hangover!
